It's happening again.
I'm supposed to be turning this into a necklace.

And these.. are waiting to become stitch markers,
( I'm thinking of making a few of them into earrings, just because I think everyone should have a chance to wear chocolates and cheeseburgers somewhere other than their BUTT.)

I made this the other day, after finding the tutorial here .
It is so easy and so pretty, I want to make a ton of these things!

I have finished the wristwarmers, but still need to finish the neckwarmer. AND make the buttons to go on it. (I am lovin me those bright red hearts, they are giving me ideas for the buttons)

I had a request for these, and I was very happy to do them, but...

It caused a little creative tickle in my fingers and I spent the day doing this...
Oh well... I guess I will just add them to all of my other unfinished projects, like the laundry.
S#%T!! It's Sunday evening!!
I have to work tommorrow and I have that kind of job. You know the kind,
the kind where you have to wear clothes.
I am now off to do some laundry!

  1. LOL!! That is how I feel most days (thankfully minus the job thing as I get to stay home with my daughter). I tend to jump from project to project. When I get so crazy that I want to craft but have no idea what to do, I fall back on sewing reusable shopping bags. It's a quick project and cures my crafting 'fix.'

I love the comment about wearing chocolate and burgers somewhere other then on the butt, so true. I think that's what I would tell people too if I wore them and they asked about them, "Oh, I am just tired of wearing my burgers on my butt..." I can just picture the looks I would get!

  2. Too funny! But truly you are a crafting inspiration!

  3. are just to cute!! A great way to start Monday laughing..not at you but WITH you!!

I so understand the doing one thing and another "popping" into your head. I love all the photos..thanks for sharing!!!

Hope ya got the laundry done...of course you could have told everyone that you were wearing "The Emporerer's New Clothes" hehe

  4. OK so I'm commenting two times...LOL..just twice the love!! Thank you so much for the link to Tamara's ring tut. Very simple and great instructions...thank you thank you!!!

    Hugs AGAIN,

  5. I'm sure everyone will be happy to know that I made it to work Monday with clean clothes on =)

  6. Wow, you do such pretty work and it's all so, well, small. I don't think my fingers would ever cooperate that well to do such intricate work. Loving those cheeseburgers and hot dogs. Too cute!
Unfortunately, I too have a job where clothes are required. It does make Sunday a bit of a bore having to deal with that darn old laundry, now doesn't it?!
